These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Mind and Brain Hospital, including any digital platforms or consultation portals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Mind and Brain Hospital provides consultations in mental health and neuroscience through qualified psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and allied health professionals. These services are intended for therapeutic purposes only and are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.
By using our services or platforms, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your information updated as needed
- Use our services in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards
- Refrain from engaging in any harmful, unlawful, or disruptive behavior while using our services
All materials on our website—including visuals, logos, text, designs, and software—are the intellectual property of Mind and Brain Hospital or its licensors. They are protected by relevant copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind and Brain Hospital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of our services or these Terms, even if advised of such possibilities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this page, and changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically those applicable in the jurisdiction where Mind and Brain Hospital is based, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mind and Brain Hospital, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services with transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing appointment cancellations, refunds, and payment-related matters.
By booking an appointment or availing any service at Mind and Brain Hospital, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
1. Appointment Cancellation
Patients who wish to cancel a booked appointment or service must notify the hospital as early as possible through our official communication channels.
All eligible cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation charge on the total amount paid.
The remaining eligible refund amount, after deducting the cancellation charges, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
2. No Refund After Service Utilization
Once any hospital service has been availed, no refund shall be provided.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Doctor consultations (physical or teleconsultation)
Psychology consultations
Therapy sessions
Occupational Therapy
Speech Therapy
Physiotherapy
Counselling sessions
Psychological assessments
Diagnostic investigations
Laboratory services
Pharmacy purchases
Inpatient admissions
Day-care procedures
Brain stimulation therapies (rTMS, tDCS, Biofeedback, VR Therapy, etc.)
Ayurveda consultations and therapies
Health packages
Wellness programs
Any other clinical or allied healthcare service
Once the service has commenced, either fully or partially, the payment made towards that service shall be non-refundable.
3. Therapy Packages & Treatment Programs
For therapy packages, wellness programs, rehabilitation programs, or prepaid treatment packages:
Fees paid for sessions already completed are non-refundable.
If treatment has already commenced, refunds for unused sessions shall generally not be permitted, unless specifically approved by the hospital management under exceptional circumstances.
Any approved refund shall be processed only after applicable deductions and administrative review.
4. Missed Appointments (No-Show)
Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may forfeit the appointment fee.
No refund shall be provided for missed appointments unless approved by the hospital management.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a payment has been:
Charged more than once,
Deducted due to a technical error, or
Incorrectly processed,
the patient should notify the hospital immediately with the payment details.
After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Hospital-Initiated Cancellation
If Mind and Brain Hospital is unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Doctor unavailability
Technical issues
Emergency situations
Hospital operational constraints
the patient may choose to:
Reschedule the appointment without additional charges; or
Receive a refund, if applicable.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Where a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
Processing generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Mind and Brain Hospital is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
8. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:
Registration charges
Consultation fees after consultation is completed
Charges for services already rendered
Pharmacy purchases
Laboratory and diagnostic services already performed
Consumables used during treatment
Administrative charges where applicable
Cancellation charges (10%)
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Any request for refund outside this policy shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of the hospital management.
The decision of Mind and Brain Hospital shall be final and binding.
10. Policy Amendments
Mind and Brain Hospital reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the hospital’s official website.
