Child and Adolescent Program

The Child and Adolescent Program of the Mind and Brain Charitable Trust aims to address the crucial and often neglected issue of mental health among children. We understand the significance of addressing mental health concerns in childhood, as it lays the foundation for a healthy and fulfilling adulthood.

Our program focuses on providing support and intervention for a range of mental health concerns in children such as learning difficulties, behavioral issues, school drop-out, substance abuse, school refusal, and conduct problems. We recognize that poverty, parental abuse, family conflicts, genetic factors, and difficulty adjusting to new environments such as school can contribute to mental health issues in children.

We collaborate with grassroots level NGOs, schools, and centers to create programs that provide early intervention and support to children struggling with mental health issues. Our team of experts and trained volunteers are equipped to offer counseling, medication, training, and rehabilitation services to children in need. We also aim to empower children by providing employment training opportunities to help them become independent and respected members of society.

Our goal is to help children overcome their mental health challenges and grow into confident individuals. By working closely with the community and providing holistic support, we strive to make a positive impact on the mental well-being of children in need.
